Seasonal Burrata & Tomato Salad Done Right

Approx. Time:

Servings:

I saw a version of this salad on Instagram and immediately thought it looked absolutely amazing. The combination sounded a little unexpected at first, but I really wanted to try it for myself. This was actually my first time making this recipe, and honestly, I loved it even more than I expected to.

The sweetness from the kiwi and berries pairs so well with the heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs, creamy burrata, and crunchy pistachios. Everything comes together with a light lemon and olive oil dressing that keeps the salad feeling fresh, bright, and balanced.

I also suggested this recipe to some of my clients, and they loved it too. It’s one of those dishes that feels elevated and restaurant-worthy, but it’s incredibly simple to make at home.

This salad is perfect as a refreshing side dish, especially during the warmer months when seasonal produce tastes its best. It’s light, colorful, flavorful, and honestly just beautiful to serve. Whether you’re making it for lunch, dinner, entertaining guests, or just wanting something fresh and healthy, I really recommend giving this one a try.
