This pasta salad bento is fresh, colorful, and perfect for busy days. Tender pasta is tossed with juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella balls, and crisp spinach, all coated in a light lemon and olive oil dressing. Paired with crunchy celery sticks, sweet blueberries, and protein-rich almonds, it’s a wholesome, balanced lunch that works for both kids and adults.

Main:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (any small shape)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

Sides:

  • Celery sticks
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Raw almonds

Instructions

  1. Make the Pasta Salad: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and spinach. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pour over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
