Main:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (any small shape)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

  • Raw almonds

Instructions
