Main:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 2–3 tablespoons water (adjust for texture)
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions
