Main:

  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • 2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of dill, to taste

Instructions
